Other Awesome Things:
// 13 steps to get you through a rough day. Best post on the internet. (That Britney picture is actually my desktop background!)
// This is such a fun idea for a blog series. That color is insane, too.
// Nashville's very own Porter Flea is open for applications! June's festival isn't too far away so if you're a Nashville-based (or nearby) crafty gal who wants to sell her wares, get your application in before the deadline on April 29th! We applied earlier this week! Thanks to the super sweet Katie for the heads up :)
// Beca wrote this really awesome post about the whole iPhone vs. Android rivalry when it comes to Instagram. Worth a read! (Can you believe that's an actual thing?!)
// Foodie finds: Red Velvet + Nutella cake... in a jar! -- Penne pasta with balsamic sweet potatoes... yum! I'm trying to convince Mike to make this tonight! -- Chocolate peanut butter popcorn -- Paula Deen's cheesecake cupcakes, what the what?!
// Can we all drool over these vintage dresses together? My body is not built for vintage, but I love to look at it!
// Not going to lie, I am a little scared of it raining on our big day since we're having an outdoor wedding, but Natasha just posted her rainy-day engagement photos today and they. are. stunning! They make the rain look kind of fun!
// You can still snag some Little Chief Honeybee scent from Funk Off! There's lotion, body spray, and bar soap! It's a delicious floral scent and a portion of proceeds goes to Oceana for conservation!
// If you're into the "live like you're dying" "bucketlist" "go get 'em!" style of life, you're going to love Eager Beaver. It's at least worth checking out!
// Kaley's floral crowns are something I wish I had an endless supply of. Seriously. They are so perfect!
// Man, I'd love to do something similar to my walls. Vintage suitcases for the win!
// Jenny's house looks like a big Easter egg, and I'm a little bit obsessed with it.
// Remember that awesome beaded jacket I was so sad that I sent back to Stitch Fix? Well l found it! Here it is if you were in the market to snag it yourself! -- While on the hunt for it I found this dress, which is basically my idea of perfection (Swoon!) -- The color combo of this dress is on point -- and I just got these bad boys in the mail so I'm excited to share an outfit post with y'all shortly!
// If you're feeling like you're in a creative rut, please read this. :)
Sweet offline love: The yummy breakfast Mike makes us every morning -- Ending every evening with the Marcel The Shell book (Toby chimes in at the parts he's memorized!) and then sitting on our front porch after we put him to bed (it's seriously the most relaxing 30+ minutes. Also the only time we get to be alone.) -- Enid gets spayed tomorrow so we won't have to worry about her galavanting around the neighborhood -- The bomb cake balls I made the other day (Confession: I tried twice last week and failed both times... too dry and entirely too soupy. Finally nailed them this week... and they are so so good.)
What are you loving this week?
Better yet, what are some posts you've read (or written!) lately that you love?
Feel free to leave a link below! Maybe I'll include it next week!
