Things I Love Thursday

Sorry for missing TiLT last week! I was in a tizzy as my flight to San Francisco had been cancelled and I needed to quickly figure out what was going on. I wanted to get it up and going but by the time I boarded my new flight I was ready to just forget about the world for a while! I'm halfway through my insane bar work week and I'm looking forward to the finish line. We've also got some Honeybean events lined up for the next two weekends so if you're in the area, be sure to come out and see us! Anyway, here's what I'm loving this week!

this is a beautiful photo ♥
this lake looks like a strawberry milkshake!
this is how ellen + portia celebrate their anniversaries ♥
this baby frenchie ♥
♥ this is way funnier than it should be ♥
these sculptures by casey riordan ♥
this birthday pug ♥
this bubble gum machine! ♥
♥ this makes me miss working at the elephant sanctuary ♥

Other Awesome Stuff:
// If you're in the market for yet another awesome independent subscription service, check out Hammock Pack! This month's theme is "Day at the Beach" and you'll find artisan food, crafts, and accessories from the world over!

// Ella just shared what's in her art bag, and it was a fabulous post. Don't forget you can still enter to win a custom illustration by her here

// Foodie Finds: Nutella Cookies -- Coffee Ice Cubes (dropped in a glass of Bailey's)... or just avoid watered down coffee by making coffee ice cubes for your, uh, iced coffee ;P -- Homemade Snickers (apparently I have a sweet tooth today) -- Apple Ice Creams with Caramel Brandy (in the apple!)

// Mary's Monday Mailings posts really make me want to write more letters and send more packages... I put in my 24 Before 25 list that I'd write one letter a week... guess how many I've written? Like two. Whoops!

// Emily wrote a really great post on what her dog means to her and why you should consider rescuing your next pet. I love reading heartfelt stuff like this.

// Wishlist Wears: Denim Jeffrey Campbell Lita Spikes 2 (spikes all over!) -- This adorable bikini top -- These super cute tortoise sunglasses from Asos -- This rose gold watch -- This awesome necklace from Need Supply Co. -- This clutch!!! -- This $15 anchor scarf -- And finally, I would totally toss my plugs and go back to regular earrings for these beautiful things.

// My Matron-of-Honor (who recently eloped with my other best friend) just shared some of her favorite wedding photos on her blog! They are beautiful, y'all. Seriously.

// On Tumblr: "A Conversation Between My 7 year old Students"... an adorable little read.

No Instagram favorites this week as I don't have 3G signal in my hometown sooooo I can't access my IG to even see what I've "liked" haha! Hope you have a great Thursday, friends! We're headed down to see Mike's family and celebrate Father's Day early!

  5. not trying to sound like a smartass, but you can always access your Instagram through segregator sites like http://followgram.me/ (there's a whole bunch of them, I just prefer this one) Comes really handy when mobile internets are acting up (or pretty slow and expensive like here in Russia) You can't post your own pics, though...

Oh. And have a nice day!! ^^

  11. Nice TiLT post! I put write one letter a month on my 25 before 26 list because writing one a week is way too ambitious for me haha. Letter writing is so awesome but I am always putting it last so hopefully putting it on my list will give me motivation...or guilt! Have a great rest of the week!
