Little Red Shoes

Clockwise :: Blowfish Rulla wedge, MIA Jukebox wedge, Blowfish Gavina platform, Blowfish Tush wedge, BAIT Eugina flat, BAIT Ida heel. Blowfish + BAIT c/o. MIA via Ideeli.

I don't know what it is about the color red, but all of a sudden I only want to wear shoes in that hue. Going from the girl who wouldn't be seen sans black flats to being a little bit more daring in my footwear choices, I feel it might only be natural. These are some red pretties that I've picked up over the past couple of months. I'm in the middle of a closet overhaul to get rid of a bunch of stuff I don't wear anymore, and I'm desperately trying to pair these with anything I can find! (The three solo pictures are my absolute favorite shoes of the bunch. Seriously, so good!)

What summer style trend or routine do you find yourself going for?

  6. Those MIA shoes look totally adorable! I haven't worn much more than a 3" heel in so long I'd have to re-learn heels so I wouldn't break an ankle. :)

  17. It is funny how you end up gravitating towards a particular style each season! Last summer i gravitated towards orange and this winter I seem to be all about burgundy. It's odd, isn't it? I love the wedges! x

  23. I have A LOT of red shoes. I love to pair them with a black and white outfit, so my shoes really stand out. I usually tie in the red color by adding some red jewelry to match. But that's just how I roll, Matchy Matchy Style! In the summer I tend to wear lighter colors, like pinks, whites, and oranges, more floral prints and light, girlie summer tops with a little shrug or something. Looking forward to seeing how you rock YOUR red shoes :)

  31. I'm not a very girly girl. For 15 years iv ben hiding my body under big clothes. (im a little on the chubby side) but now that I'm turning 16, and getting my license some part of my brain just clicked and now I'm begging my mom to buy me heels and flattering skirts dresses and shorts. You were one of my biggest insperations. After being told all my peircings made me ugly. You made me realize that you can be peirced and tattooed and still be beautiful <3
