I wore this on Sunday when Mike and I ventured down to Lawrenceburg to see his family and to take pictures of his sister Laine since she had a school formal. We ventured downtown and I was amazed at the plethora of awesome photoshoot places and backdrops. I had my senior pictures taken in Lawrenceburg back in high school and I had some taken in this area as well. It makes me want to venture down there more often, but it's a bit of a drive just to take pictures. We'll definitely take advantage of the surroundings when we're down there though. (I know all of those pictures up there are practically the same, but whatever!)
Laine looked stunning though so be on the lookout for some pictures soon! Mike's parents made a delicious dinner and we stayed for a while after. We finally headed home and were so tired so we just went straight to bed. Yesterday was a gloomy day with the weather but it was a sign of Spring in a way. I'm ready for thunderstorms and sleeping with the windows open (which we did last night)! Today we're going to go on our walk, clean the entire house, and get to business on some Etsy stuff. My funk last week was directly related to my lack of productivity and I like to be doing things, getting stuff done. So I shall!
If you follow me on Twitter then you may have read that I ordered my first pair of Jeffrey Campbell wedges last night! I bought the deep purple Hamilton suede wedge booties and I can't wait for them to get here! I hope they fit/look good! Yow! Anywhoo, off we go! Productivity to be had!

Yay for spring storms. We slept with the windows open last night too. We could hear the wind chime going crazy and the rain falling, so beautiful. :)

ReplyDeleteAaw, cute! :) I *love* the floral dress!!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE these photos! You look so beautiful! I adore your dress, and the background so much!
ReplyDeleteI'm so jealous of that warm weather! I'll trade you my 8 inches of snow for your spring storm, okay? :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous as always! I love that dress! Definitely one of my favorites!
ReplyDeleteYou look lovely, the colours in your cardigan, dress and tights all go together so perfectly. I love all the ivy growing behind you in the photos too, such a nice backdrop.
ReplyDeleteVery jealous of your being able to sleep with the windows open, I can't do that at the moment because I live in the noisy city centre so I can't wait for my house move into the country next month.
Good luck being productive :)
