ReplyDeleteI have to look all conservative for work (even though I only work in a supermarket) and had to take out all my piercings, and keep my tattoos covered while at work. When I started I had really long hair, but a year in I cropped it all off, like completely went for the chop. And the management freaked, because I couldn't tie it up anymore. No mention of the fact it was so short it was off my face, or whatever. I'm currently growing it long again (sad face!)
So a wig like this would really be a great way of having a hairstyle I want, without any of the dramas at work!
Love your hair, and your tattoo is so cool! Is there a story behind it?
ReplyDeletegrats, girl! i'm a recent graduate with a bachelor of arts - can't say that the "real world" is pretty awesome but MAN i am so glad to be done. i am OVER school.. i don't even want to do grad school because the thought of the debt involved makes me sick.
ReplyDeletefinding a job has been next to impossible where i live, so i got an (unpaid) internship with a guy i interviewed for a class in the spring HAHA.. but artists unite!
also, totally thinking of starting a blog re: the hardships of post-college life. i know you had some advertising going on regarding how to start a blog, but i can't remember how you tagged it. help?? advice? :)

ReplyDelete2. Is that the wig curled, or did you actually color your hair? I'm guessing the wig (not that it doesn't look completely natural), but I'm super curious.
3. Your sleeve is gorgeous!! I'm so jealous! Someone on Sometimes Sweet's Tattoo Tuesday recently said they were a heavily tattooed person in a non-heavily tattooed body, and I definitely feel that way. Such nice work!

ReplyDeleteCongrats on the sleeve. I have a feeling tattoos are much less money where you live than they are here. My jolly roger pirate flag on the inside upper half of my left arm cost me $300. Yet I have heard of people who gets their whole upper arm covered for $300.
