These photos were taken a couple of weeks ago when we went to scout a shoot location. I'm a bit amazed it took me so long to get to it but I guess I've really been on an outfit roll the past month. I picked up this dress earlier this year via Ebay. It was sold at Primark in the UK, which I gathered from seeing another blogger wear it. I loved it but it wasn't available online. I happened to run across it on Ebay a couple of months later and for incredibly cheap, too. I've had a few UK friends in the past pick up or order some UK-only items for me, but I was really excited to find it on Ebay. I wasn't prepared for how short it would be, but I still really love it.
Last night Mike went down to my hometown to stay with my parents so he could assist in picking up the RV and driving my stepdad's car back down. I didn't go because I had plans today with a friend, so last night was the first night I've ever spent alone in our house. Weird that we've lived here almost a year (it flew by!) but I've never stayed alone. I started cleaning the house but then decided a bubble bath with a beer and some Freaks and Geeks sounded like a better idea. I watched a third of the first season before crashing in bed with the pups. At least I survived the night and it didn't turn into a low-budget slasher film. I always get scared/paranoid when I'm home alone!
Toby is crazy about his little Superman cape. He wears it around the house constantly. I had to share this silly little picture of him. How precious is he?! His 4th birthday is coming up in just 3 weeks so we're trying to plan a little family shindig. He wants his party at Chuck E. Cheese and since that's where we went to pick him up + bring him home with us (when we first got custody), I think it's only fitting we return. That kid loves him some Chuck E. Cheese. I can't believe he's going to be FOUR! And we've already had him in our home for 9 months! Crazy. Mine and Mike's (dating) anniversary is the same week as his birthday, too. A fun week full of celebrations are in order!
I'm off to fill a few sign orders, get ready and head down to my hometown with Mike when he comes back up. Hope your weekend is going well!

Good ol' Primark. It's such a hideous place to shop in but you can find some great bargains in there. I have a black sequin blazer that I picked up there recently which was pretty cheap and I'm rather excited to wear it out soon.
