I recently bought Linden this Step2 Up and Down Rollercoaster for the backyard. I should say I bought it for both boys, because Toby uses it just as much, if not more, than Linden! Despite being small, it's surprisingly sturdy, and it has no problem even holding our 11 year old neighbor. It came in a decent sized box, and it took all of 43 seconds to put together. Literally, 43 seconds. I timed it. There are no nuts, bolts, screws, or anything small to mess with. It's literally 3 pieces for the slide, 2 side steps and the car. It went together like magic, and Linden was sailing down it in no time. Another thing I really appreciate about it is that Linden can push/carry the little car back up and do the whole thing himself. It's so exciting to see him really use his independence.
I ordered ours from Amazon because I live for Prime basically. And now it's even on sale for under $100! If you have a toddler in your house, get this! Seriously, I can't say enough good stuff about it. When Linden outgrows this one (if he ever does!), I'm definitely going to upgrade to the Extreme Coaster! Is it bad if I secretly hope he outgrows it soon? How fun does that look?!
Does your toddler have a favorite outdoor toy? We're always on the hunt for new fun ideas!
PS; The anniversary edition (different colors) just got bumped up to Prime status! And the Thomas the Train version is under $100 too!
