For Labor Day we decided to load up in my truck and head over to the Natchez Trace. We are so lucky to live right alongside it, and I love spending the day out there traipsing around. We opted to head just past Jackson Falls to see the overlook at the bluff (mile marker 404) and then we "hiked" around to the waterfall. (I put hiked in quotes because there's really not much hiking to it! haha) We wore Linden in one of our Ergos, so naturally Toby wanted to wear one of his bears in his Ergo, too. We snapped a couple of photos to share during my Ergobaby Instagram Takeover yesterday, and I figured I might as well share them here, too!
This week has sort of flown by for me, which I'm super grateful for. You know when you have those days where everything just sort of feels "off"? Well, that was my entire week. We're in the middle of Mike's work rotation and it's the start of 3 very very long and busy weeks for him. Which means they're long and busy weeks for me, too, since I have to hold down the fort. It's not all bad, though! This weekend we're heading down to Mike's parents' house to celebrate his little sister's birthday, and then the following weekend I have a workshop that I've been looking forward to for quite some time. Everything's coming up Milhouse!
You can't really see much of my outfit (I love this dress!) but I'll link everything below anyhow. You can get an idea of what I'm wearing underneath all of that baby! :P Can you believe how big Linden has gotten?! 13.5 months and growing more and more every day. And Toby, too! Oh man I found some old photos of Toby on my phone the other day and I just about lost it. He was such a teensy little dude. So bittersweet to watch them get bigger. Well, that's all for now. Happy Friday!
