I know I'm totally phoning it in with outfit after outfit this past week, I apologize! I promise I'll give you something else tomorrow haha We got back to Tennessee last night and we all just immediately crashed. We watched a little TV while priming the base of 30 wooden signs, then retired to our cozy beds for some serious sleepage. As much as I didn't want the vacation to end, it's also nice to be back in our element, ya know? We have so much to do this week and I'll be playing catch up the whole time. Please forgive me if you're waiting on an email or something! I have so many signs to paint today, I'm kind of excited haha I know I'm going to have to spend some dedicated time in the shower trying to comb out my rat's nest! Salt water, sweat and humidity... you did me no favors!

This outfit has been my "go to" lately. I've worn it so much! Please excuse the obvious awful wrinkles in the skirt. I had just gotten out of the car after a long, busy day. Sort of shameful to even post those! I've had this dress for a few months now (from JCPenney, heyo!) and I wish I would've bought two or three of them. It's the perfect red/coral color and has tiny little polka dots on it. It fits like a glove and isn't too hot for the humidity. I wasn't sure how it'd look paired with the mint accents but I'm sort of feeling it! This is the mint cardigan from Stitch Fix and I've been wearing it non-stop. It fit and feel of it is so good! You know how some cardigans feel stretched out and thin after 30 minutes of wear? This one totally doesn't. I think Stitch Fix had it in a third color but it must not be in stock anymore because I've requested it a few times now.

After wearing simple cotton dresses and not a stitch of makeup for a week, I'm excited to get dressed today and try to look the part. I probably won't leave the house (it's also storming currently) but just taking a few minutes for myself to feel "ready" definitely helps with productivity. 

So tell me: what did you do this weekend? or what are you hoping to get accomplished today/this week? I'm going to catch up on some cable and also finally check out Orange Is The New Black. Everyone and their mother has been talking about it and we didn't want to watch it on a tiny iPhone screen haha Netflix is totally killing it with these series lately.
