As I stated earlier, we've managed to get our first real snow of the season. More often than not the first is also the last, but I'm thinking we're in store for some pretty white days this year! Georgia really really loves the snow. [I'll share a video from her first snow last year!] Pip is a July baby though so this year was her first! She gets cold easily so she'll have be bundled up from now on, but otherwise, she loves it! She and Georgia had so much fun! Of course we had to take an immense amount of photos! Here you go! After, of course, they curled up on the couch together for a snooze. They melt my heart!
Now, before you guys get all huffy puffy about the sincere lack of snow, just know that the mentioning of flurries sends people in Tennessee into a panic. No, we cannot drive for crap in the snow. Yes, we really do think the apocolypse is coming. Yes, we do get excited over an inch or two. Haha! We're Southern people!

Today is going to be a busy day. I have a laundry list of things that need to get done and not nearly enough time to even think about them all. It's crunch time. 11 school days for me left until I'm done. But way too much to do. Read a novel, write 2 papers (one by 1pm today! eep!), build a website, design invitations, posters and email blasts. Revamp my portfolio. Print it all. Mock it up. Photograph it. Get ready for the senior show. So so so much to do. (Any volunteers to come help?!)
These photos were taken at the top of the scenic overlook bridge at Natchez Trace. The cardigan is a bit frumpy (I think I like that though) and the tights are a bright contrast. The headband is from my sponsor (again!), Sunshine and Carousels! We were kind of rushed with these photos because there was another family coming up and they wanted to take photos there, too (they were awful snooty!).

The images from this first wedding truly capture vintage in such an effortless and timeless fashion. They look like stills for an old Audrey Hepburn film or something. This second wedding features my very favorite dress ever probably. The cute, color, style, and details just send it way off the charts for me. It is exactly what I'd like to be married in (or so I think this week!). I also love the variation of green shades in the bridesmaids' dresses. The Weekly Wedding Question: What do you think is the best wedding day transportation? I feel like I've seen it all... horseback, motorcycle, carriage, tandem bike, vintage car, limo, tractor, and monster truck. What do you think? (Or what did you do for your wedding? Did you attach cans to the back? Have a "Just Married" sign?)
My opinion: I love the thought of a tandem bike (with a basket!) or an old old (yet meticulously kept) car! I want the cans and signs and everything! I want everyone to know we're married! haha Maybe the bike after the ceremony, but the car after the reception? Yeah? Yeah!
