We've been trying to squeeze in as many early evening walks as we can before the weather gets too chilly. Our neighborhood is glowing in yellow and orange and it's seriously so beautiful. We live down on a dead end road in a hidden little cove so there's never any traffic other than the few people who live here. It makes for nice and peaceful walks. Well, until Linden starts crying haha! He loves to being pushed in the stroller while laying in his bassinet, but he greatly prefers our rocky driveway to the smooth terrain of the road. That kid likes the bumps! Mike snapped a couple of photos of me on our way back, and then Linden decided to get fussy so we booked it back up the hill as fast as we could. I wish we would've taken some photos of the foliage on the walk because it really was breathtaking.
Enid likes to escort us on our walks, too. It doesn't matter if I just walk to the mailbox or if we head out on a full evening stroll, she's never more than a few feet behind us. We've taken a few night walks while wearing Linden and even in the darkness she'll either lead the way or bring up the tail. She never seems to leave our yard unless she's with us, so it's pretty interesting to see her venture so far from home. She's a sassy little thing, full of attitude, but I love how sweet she is when she watches over us.

What a beautiful dress and beautiful fall day! My boyfriend and I love our evening walks, too. Sadly, it gets dark so early now, that they're more like late-afternoon walks!
