A Semi-Quasi-Sort-Of Recap...

The past couple of days have been non-stop. And by non-stop I mean exciting and oh so fun. Even though I'm working super hard 5 days a week, my body is starting to get used to it... allowing me to enjoy my weekends off. Anywhoo, here are a few outfits from the end of the week. On Friday I changed into two different outfits. I wore the first one to work and the second one out and about Friday night with Liz.

Yesterday I met up with the oh-so-adorable Lisa (and I just realized I didn't get a picture of her! Next time!). We ventured downtown a bit and ate at the oh-so-yummy Red Bamboo. I had the vegan chicken parmesan and she had a mushroom burger. We took in the nice air conditioning before heading out to the train and being Brooklyn-bound. We were lucky enough to snag two seats as it was a long ride. We rode down and ended up at Coney Island. We were headed to watch the Mermaid Parade. It was SO hot and SO packed! But the breeze from the water was amazing. It took some time to actually be able to see anything so we walked around a lot. We ended up on the Boardwalk and IN the parade basically. I had 200 pictures from the day but I packed it down to only 50 or so. I'm thinking I need to break those up into two posts. So this one will be about Coney Island/Mermaid Parade and the next will be about the New York Aquarium (yeah, it was fun!) and Luna Park. Here are some photos... they sort of do all the speaking...

That was enough for now! I'll post the rest later today! Now I have to go get ready so I can meet the fantastic Mel (of Idee Geniale) for lunch!

xoxo
